आचार संहिता के बाद 22 कार्यों पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध

50 हजार रुपए से ज्यादा का कैश लेकर नहीं चल सकेंगे; गाड़ियों से हटाने होंगे पार्टियों के झंडे

वाहनों और बैठकों में लाउडस्पीकर का प्रयोग करने की अनुमति सुबह 6 बजे से लेकर रात 10 बजे तक ही दी जाएगी। इसके बाद आचार संहिता का उल्लंघन माना जाएगा। किसी भी वाहन किसी भी पार्टी का झंडा नहीं लगाया जा सकेगा। केवल राजनैतिक दलों के पदाधिकारी RO से अनुमति लेकर गाड़ी में झंडे का प्रयोग कर सकेंगे।

सरकारी वाहन राजनीतिक कार्य में प्रयोग नहीं

निर्वाचन के समय मे कोई भी सरकारी कर्मचारी पॉलिटिकल एक्टिविटी में शामिल नहीं हो सकता है। अगर ऐसा होता है तो इसे भी अचार संहिता का उल्लंघन माना जाएगा और कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। मंत्रियों द्वारा ऑफिशियल वाहनों का प्रयोग राजनैतिक कार्यों के लिए रोक लगा दी गई है।

लाउस्पीकर के लिए लेनी होगी अनुमति

किसी भी दशा में बिना अनुमति के लाउडस्पीकर का प्रयोग निषेध किया गया है। वहीं किसी भी जुलूस व रैली के लिए जगह, समय और रुट का निर्धारण पहले से करके पुलिस प्रशासन से अनुमति लेना अनिवार्य है। बिना पूर्व सूचना के किसी भी जुलूस/रैली को अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।

100 मीटर के दायरे में प्रचार नहीं

पोलिंग स्टेशनों के 100मीटर दायरे के अंदर किसी भी प्रकार की चुनावी मीटिंग, कन्वेंसिंग, कोई भी आपत्तिजनक कार्य या कोई भी कैम्पेनिंग करने की अनुमति नही होगी। निर्वाचन के दौरान शराब का वितरण नहीं किया जा सकेगा। नॉमिनेशन के दौरान केवल 3 वाहनों को ही RO/ARO के कार्यालय के 100 मीटर के दायरे में आने की अनुमति होगी।

इन कार्यों पर भी पूर्ण प्रतिबंध

-ऑफिशियल कार्यों को कैम्पेनिंग के कार्यों में मिक्स नहीं किया जाएगा।

-किसी भी प्रकार का प्रलोभन चाहे आर्थिक अथवा कोई और तरह से मतदाताओं को देने पर रोक है।

-निर्वाचक के द्वारा किसी भी प्रकार की जातीय और साम्प्रदायिक अपील नहीं की जाएगी।

-दूसरी पार्टियों व उनके कार्यकर्ताओं के द्वारा असत्यापित आरोपों और विकृतियों के आधार पर किसी की आलोचना नहीं की जाएगी।

-किसी भी धार्मिक स्थल का प्रयोग चुनाव प्रचार (जैसे भाषणों, पोस्टरों, बैनरों) के लिए नहीं किया जाएगा।

-ऐसे किसी भी जगह पर रैली की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी जहां पर पहले से किसी पार्टी की बैठक चल रही हो।

-बूथों और पोलिंग स्टेशनों के आस पास किसी भी प्रकार के झंडे, पोस्टर, चिन्हों या प्रचार सामग्री का प्रयोग करना निषेध है।

-सरकारी परिसर में किसी भी प्रकार का डिफेंसमेंट (जैसे वॉल पेंटिंग, बैनर, पोस्टर, होर्डिंग व झंडे) की अनुमति नहीं होगी।

-गेस्ट हाउसों में किसी भी प्रकार की पॉलिटिकल एक्टिविटी की अनुमति नहीं होगी।

-लाउड स्पीकर के प्रयोग के लिए अनुमति लेना अनिवार्य है। बिना अनुमति के लाउड स्पीकर का प्रयोग निषेध है।

Permission will have to be taken for loudspeakers

Use of loudspeaker without permission is prohibited under any circumstances. For any procession or rally, it is mandatory to decide the place, time and route in advance and take permission from the police administration. No procession/rally will be allowed without prior notice.

No advertising within 100 meters radius

No kind of election meeting, conferencing, any objectionable work or any campaigning will be allowed within the 100 meter radius of the polling stations. Liquor will not be distributed during elections. During nomination, only 3 vehicles will be allowed within 100 meters of the RO/ARO office.

Complete ban on these works also

-Official work will not be mixed with campaigning work.

Giving any kind of inducement to voters, whether financial or otherwise, is prohibited.

-No caste and communal appeal will be made by the elector.

-No one will be criticized on the basis of unverified allegations and distortions by other parties and their workers.

-No religious place will be used for election campaigning (like speeches, posters, banners).

-No rally will be allowed at any place where a party meeting is already going on.

-It is prohibited to use any kind of flags, posters, signs or publicity material near booths and polling stations.

-No kind of defense (like wall painting, banners, posters, hoardings and flags) will be allowed in the government premises.

-No political activity of any kind will be allowed in guest houses.

-It is mandatory to take permission for the use of loudspeaker. Use of loudspeaker without permission is prohibited.
